These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GoSlotto at goslotto.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What GoSlotto is

GoSlotto is a free, information-only website that publishes results, draw archives and number statistics for the Russian Gosloto lottery games (4/20, 5/36, 5/50, 6/45 and 7/49). The Site also offers tools such as a random number generator, a number checker and statistics-based "predictions" for entertainment.

2. Not affiliated with the official operator

GoSlotto is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Stoloto, the official Gosloto operator, or any government body. All lottery names, game names and related trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify and describe the games we cover.

We are, however, funded by advertising, and some of the advertisers on the Site are licensed betting operators who pay us a commission when a reader opens an account with them. We say so openly on our How we're funded page. That relationship has no effect on the results, statistics or predictions we publish.

3. Accuracy of information

We take care to publish results that match the official draws and to update them promptly, and our team continuously monitors incoming numbers and re-checks them against the official source. Even so, with draws arriving around the clock, an occasional error, delay or omission can slip through. The information on the Site is therefore provided "as is". The official results published by the lottery operator are always the definitive source. Always verify winning numbers with the official operator before making any decision. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information shown here.

4. Statistics and "predictions" are not advice

Lotteries are games of chance. Our statistics, hot/cold numbers, overdue numbers, generated combinations and "predictions" are based on past draw data and are provided for information and entertainment only. They do not predict future results, do not improve your odds, and are not financial, betting or investment advice. Every draw is independent and random.

5. Age and responsible play

Lottery and gambling content is intended for adults. You should be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for lottery participation where you live) to use lottery services, and no advertising on the Site is directed at anyone under 18. If you choose to play, please do so responsibly and within your means — gambling can be addictive.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site or its servers;
• scrape, harvest or copy content on a large scale, or reuse our data or design to build a competing service, without our permission;
• submit false, abusive, or spam content through the contact form;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.

7. Intellectual property

The design, layout, original text, and compiled statistics on the Site are owned by GoSlotto and protected by applicable law. Raw lottery results are facts and are not owned by us. You may view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of our original content requires our prior written permission.

8. Advertising, affiliate links and third-party sites

The Site is free to use and is supported by advertising. Some of that advertising is affiliate advertising: banners and links that carry a tracking code, where the advertiser — including licensed betting operators — pays us a commission if you open an account with them after clicking through. This costs you nothing: you get the same terms and offers as any other customer of theirs.

Affiliate adverts are labelled as advertising and the links are marked as paid links. Receiving a commission does not influence our results, statistics, predictions or editorial content in any way. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, odds, promotions, payouts or practices of advertisers or any linked site. If you open an account with an operator, that relationship is solely between you and them and is governed by their terms and conditions and their licence — please read them, and check that the service is legal where you live. 9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoSlotto and the people behind it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss (including loss of money, winnings, or data) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the information on it.

11. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the Site operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you may have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
